I watched the clip heartless of the weekend. I decided to write a post “My comment on the video” about it. Who knows maybe Abel Makkonen or someone in need should read my take on this song. By the way, I have nothing personal against the weekend. My input is to be for such songs or clips like this one. Moreover, I felt a kind of connection to this song and the beauty of its rhythm.
Some groups in the industry make you heartless right? Yeah…….They control/dominate everything you have to cultivate the artist for their agenda (pain-drugs-gambling…negativity)and on top of that make you a role model in the name of art(how many ppl watched this clip 35 Mil). I can’t imagine the youth watching this clip and take it as an example to apply in life.
Some people in this industry mislead you, take all of your energy and use it to program the society…I love every part of the music & rhythm…What if this song was uplifting(if it were, it won’t sell…yeah sure…too much pain going on). This planet has been screaming for help to us to wake up…When we heal ourselves, the planet and collective heal and the opposite is true. What if we stood together for the music and movie industry to publish positivity? Is that seemingly unattainable aspiration? – I feel for the Weekend as an amazing talent but talent shouldn’t necessarily be used this way…
Walk in the woods…Take a walk in nature and nature shall heal you. Claim your heart back. I love you & respect your art.
