How does cancer get inside a cell? How does disharmony get inside a human? When you squeeze an orange what do you get? An orange juice right? When squeezing an orange with a kitchen robot, an electronic squeezer, or manual one, you get the inside to be on the outside.

This metaphor applies to humans too. You are not an orange. You are much more complex. When someone or something squeezes you, when someone behaves in a way that you dislike, out of you comes out anger, hatred, bitterness, stress, fear, despair, you name it.

It has nothing to do with who did the squeezing. It has nothing to do with what instrument was applied or what time of the day was it done. Any of that has to do with the inside.

This is what this recording about. It talks about your essence and the essence of everything. You can’t give away what you don’t have. You can only give away what is inside.
